![]() I took it off for raceday on my 95 Cobra which has essentially the same suspension set up as your 94. I absolutely hated it, although it did probably help my launch. I was able to get a 1.80 60 foot with stock suspension and drag radials. However the street difference sucked, really bad. Just driving down the road, your could feel it wandering back and forth... I only took it off for the track after that.
2 notes... -The 94 and up front sway bar is about 3 times smaller and lighter than the early fox body cars, so it is not as evident in removing it on the newer cars. -Apparently taking the sway bar off of the Fox body cars still kept pretty good street drivability, so be caregful who's advice you take! I haven't had the sway bar off my LX yet, so I don't know. Good Luck. |
