The March "Power and Amp" pulleys ensure full charge at idle. Mine are aluminum, part no. 2015, but you can get them in steel for a little cheaper.

If you already have a 130 amp alternator, you don't have to worry about pulleys affecting charging. I believe the 130 amp alternators were equipped on '94 and later stangs.
