I have noting but problems using teh gaskets for the front and back of the intake. Just use a healthy amount of RTV silicone on the china walls and let it squish out when you torque down the manifold. Then just wipe it smooth with a rag when your done and give it some time to dry. I've never had problems with leaking since.
