when was the last time you changed your fluid? I've heard about people saying if you havent changed it in a long time then dont, cause the new fluid is effectively a shock to the internals and can make it wear out faster... I dont know if this is true or not... perhaps someone who knows trannies better would know.. just throwing the idea out
