J.J. Listen to Badass, without that damper on you will experiance severe engine damage. Your damper absorbs internal vibrations cuased by harmonics inside the crankcase. The engine is balanced at the factory with the balancer installed. The pulley that you have on there now has absolutely no dampening properties. Make sure they put that thing back on. Good Luck!
