I just did the swap this winter and this is what i had to buy.

Carb intake 225.00
distributer+ bronze gear 200.00
carb 500.00
throtal linkage plate 30.00
throtal cable adapter stud 5.00
air cleaner 40.00
-an fitings

Keep in mind that I allready had a MSD box and a fuel system. You don't need a new throtal cable, you can just get a stud that bolts to the carb and the cable will snap into it. As far as the intake... you can get any carb intake for a sb windsor 302 ford. If you are stock or close to stock get the performer rpm. If you have lots of mods... heads, intake, cam, etc... get the victor jr.
