![]() If you dont change your heads and intake, you'll be dissapointed with the results of your cam, or at least I was. I am consistently running 14.2's after my cam, whereas before I had a PB of 14.2 and was consistent 14.4's. For all the effort involved, I personally feel that a cam alone is not worth the effort. I love the new idle, and it "feels" stronger, but the numbers arent there. As for the RR's, they reduce friction in your drivetrain, and with a larger ratio, they increase the overall valve lift. Thats about all I know.
