I think he means the tubes on the headers are SO large that they hang down so far on the head that they dont even touch the head at the bottom of the flange, cause I guess the head contours back into the direction of the block or something at that point. like maybe where the spark plug hole is, like you could hook your finger in the spark plug hole area and feel the inside of the header tube, though I would hope that it isnt THAT bad... my guess is maybe the flange was welded upside down or something to the holes to mount it are too low... I've got a set of my own comming though I dont have your body style.. I hope I dont have that problem
