I installed a A-trim on a 88SD car, you just need a 1 way check vale that goes in the line to the MAP so it will not see the boost, cost $25 from Vortech. Car ran great, but we swapped in a different very healthy motor and went to a MAF set-up.

I have the Vortech check valve if you need it $10 shipped.
