I'd say if you are budget minded the Novi 1000 is the best blower for the money. They make great power and come with quality accessories and brackets. If you have the extra cash, the Novi 2000 is a huge step above it. Makes tons of power on just about any engine from street to wild, plus you can cog drive them and go crazy.
I'm not a big fan of the Powerdyin's, they have internal belt issues. One guy I knew had a BD-11 that snapped 3 belts before he traded to a Novi 1000. No problems now.
