I second that. A chip is not really gonna give you much if anything. As for the 4 cats, that sounds like a factory H-pipe, they came with 4. I would suggest a high flow or off road h-pipe, some underdrive pullies and find out your rear end gear ratio. If you jack up the car and mark the driveshaft with a piece of tape, then rotate the rear tire one revolution while counting the number of times the driveshaft turns during one tire revolution will tell you ballpark what gears are in there. One tire revolution, and the driveshaft turns 3 1/2 turns should be 3:55 gears. 3 3/4 is 3:73's, 4 is 4:11's. I think that is how it goes.....??
