the stock H-pipe has 4 CATS, not resonators, 4 CATS. if you want to change that, i would suggest a high-flow catted H-pipe, as it provides the back pressure needed to maintain torque on a stock, or lightely modded mustang.

As for a chip, it will do nothing for you on a stock mustang, and if you are gonna get one once you mod your car, get a custom burned one.
