My FRPP wires didn't even last 2 years, maybe 1.5 before my engine would break up under accelleration. I since installed a set of Crane Cam's Firewires and they seem to be holding up just fine. They're not as pretty as the FRPP wires, but who cares.
I would run plain old copper plugs. They perform very well and are cheap enough to replace as often as you want.
