![]() When you do the oil pan gasket make sure the surfaces are clean of any debris, once clean wipe the mating surfaces with laquer thinner until your cloth doesn't blacken from the dirt. Now your surfaces should be clean as possible and should seal for the life of the motor. Use RTV on the gasket surfaces along with the gasket.
