The 96-98 stangs suck compared to a 94-95 stang as far as performance goes.

I spend alot of time at the track. Any 94-95 stock 5 speed can hit 14's.

I have seen 96-98's run 15.2-15.5 all day long.

Then start modding and the 94-95 leaves the 96-98 in the dust.

I have friends with 94-95 stangs running 11's all motor with the stock short block.

I have a 320HP 01 cobra and my 90LX with the stock short block, cam and mnodded stock heads smokes it.
