Don't heat the bolt, it will just expand and make it harded to get out. Try some WD-40 or Liquid wrench. Then try a big impact again, something with 500-700 ft lbs of torque.
yes, heating it will expand it, but this makes it easier to get out (from my experience.) ive never heard someone say NOT to heat it for the exact reason that you are supposed to heat it. is it a location/specific bolt issue? typically if you get that sucker cherry red and impact it, shes comin loose.
