![]() Assuming that its the factory Holley, their is ascrew for adjustment it is just hard to get to. you need a short small screwdriver and come in from the front sideat about 4oclock if looking at it from the side. You can take the whole chock assembly off, you just need to block the vacuum port on the side. However you may have problems when the cold weather come back or you could get a manual assembly from Holley to replace it. Go to Holley.com and there is all the info you need to help you
