They didn't pass them yet. All they are doing is talking about the possiblity of bringing them back if the EPA forces states to lower ozone levels, and even then they might find other ways to do that without requiring us to pass the sniffer test. (Coal plant emissions, etc.)


It would suck though. I don't have 400 bones to be wasting on that.
