What is she asking for it? If she's higher than bb, then let her know that's all car's worth and that's all insurance would pay if it were totalled or an unrecovered theft, and you don't want to get screwed for the difference. If she's at or below it, offer $1k to $1.5k less and negotiate from there. It seems like a nice car - and you know it hasn't been beaten to death
