Check your ignition system before you replace the injectors (cap, wires, plug(s)), it could just be a bad wire or spark plug. Also, you probably already know this but since you didn't mention it I will, you need to relace the stock MAF with one calibrated for the injectors you are using, and in the case of 24# injectors, a computer from a Cobra can be used as well.
