![]() First off, the 302 is not a Windsor. Technically, it's a Cleveland, but we won't get into that. The Mexican blocks were rumored to be better than the Cleveland blocks, but that is not true. The parts will exchange, because the blocks have the same dimensions, it's just that the Mexican blocks have a different nickle content, and aren't as strong.
