Well, I basically have all the "main" photo categories opened up for uploads by members in case they can add something notable to that particular area. Then, if so, I would move it into the appropriate sub-category of that section. So, for the vehicle models, it would be for quality photos that show/demonstrate a particular year and model. If it does, I'd move it to the appropriate sub-category of that section.
