![]() Hey Noong, that's about what my LX was turning with Kenne Bell: 12.40s at 113 on McCrearies. I didn't use any timing retard, and never blew a head gasket.
With 12k miles on your blower, I'd definitely check the blower oil level frequently, say at every fill up. I wish you luck with your supercharger. It's a blast on the street but it caused ongoing problems for me. If you ever want tuning suggestions, well, I spent a lot of time with the KB unit. Honestly, I like my ATI a lot more. With only 8 lbs. of boost at the intake it's definitely making more power than the KB ever did. I can occasionally break traction in third gear just by mashing the go pedal, which is something that the KB blower would never accomplish. ------------------ '91 LX Procharger, 3 row intercooler, extrude honed Cobra intake, Mac full Length Headers, 30# inj., 73mm C&L, 75mm tb, E303 cam, 289 rods, ported E7 heads, MSD, T-Rex w/255 lph Walbro, 5 lug conversion, Cobra R wheels, 3.27 gears and Moser Axles. |
