I've seen it done with the DOHC motors. The 4.6 you have really isn't worth doing the swap with IMO, since its a hyper-whatever piston motor which won't stand more than 8 lbs boost without grenading, has a plastic intake, etc.
The way to go is with a Cobra motor. Why do you want an OHC motor in the car anyway? Parts are way easier for a 5.0.
