Dude You are just SOL if you had full coverage your insurance would have covered her as long as you gave her permission and she had a valid DL. But liability is coverage is just that and since her insurance is not on that car it will not pay.

Personally I think insurance companies should cover the driver and not the car, I have four cars and I spend more money on insurance in a month than what I spend on gas for them.
