See a lawyer ASAP, his advice is right on the nose. I lent my car to some *** in college, he supposidly got rear ended and then the driver took off. He tried to make my insurance cover it... Lucky for me his dad was a politician and didn't want the scandel my lawyer was going to make.

Good luck with it. If you need a referral let me know, we have a great lawyer in Ventura.
