![]() Sorry I didn't specify that before...but it is a T-5 manual tranny, not an auto. There is no "pan" with a drain plug. Just two plugs on the passenger side of the tranny. One for filling...and one for draining.
Am I supposed to check the tranny fluid while it's hot?? That would be a pain in the ***...being that there is no dipstick or anything. Plus, if the fluid was hot...couldn't that show a higher reading than if checked when cold? Seems logical to me. But I did have the car jacked up level on all 4s...and filled it until it ran out. So I think I'm fine. I just thought it was weird that it only took about 2.5 quarts. |
