Try the post office, they handle phone and mail scams I believe
and as far as Panama, dude come on, how many hot mustangs have you seen come out of central america? especially after a major reduction in military forces down there. I would think if you were looking for speed parts abroad, maybe Australia (sp?) would be the place to check out? |
