Ok I feel dumb. I found the oxygen sensor holes in the pipes finally. The brackets or whatever were covering them so I didnt see them the first time. Thanks for all your help.

So tomorrow I'm taking the car to Meineke to have them put the cats back on and the sensors. I'm hoping that's all they need to do and my car will pass smog. My smog pump (new) and equipment is all still there. Anything else I should be concerned about? I have a new idle air control valve and the throttle body and injectors were just cleaned a few months ago. I found out my headers are legal so that's good. Car doesnt burn oil or anything. I'm just concerned because that car hasnt had a "real" smog in over 8 years.
