Ouch!! How the heck did he manage that one??
I probly would do the same thing if I were in your shoes.. I mean, it wasnt your fault, it was clearly his fault and if he cant afford to pay for it out of his pocket he's got to pay for it somehow so I wouldnt feel to bad about filing a claim against him. |
