On a side note, I went to the track this past weekend. Finally got some good cool air, and the track prep was horrible as usual for a Street Legal night.

I ran 13.1 at 105 after a 2 hour drive to the track. Let it cool, check the air pressure, and wham... 12.8 at 107.9. This is with an RPM Air Gap. I know if I had a Vic. Jr. on it, I'd pull a lot better and probably pick up a couple tenths and mph.

To go back to the original question. I would suggest the Vic Jr. because it'll do fine now, and allow for you to upgrade and not have to change intakes. If you really need a torque monster, that will pull to almost 7,000 and its on the street a lot, then the RPM Air Gap.
