You could definitely try the firewall adjuster first.
The problem is usually the rubber bushing at the firewall. With the heavy clutch, it just compresses & it's crap. The firewall adjuster elimates it. I HIGHLY recommend the complete kit from Mcleod. It's got a quick release quadrant & a larger firewall support (heavy clutches can bend/break the firewall). It works REALLY smooth. |
