Yep.

I am going to be so far in front of Joe Schmo, that the cops are going to get hime first


I started looking at it and it would appear the best way to do it would be, cut all the ground wires and tie them all together. Then run a switch inline to the grounds. With the switch on, the light work as normal. With it off, the ground is broken, and the lights cant work. This sound good? I would also do it to the 3rd light, as well as, the plate lights.
