You know, I finished my engine this year and I have several friends planning the same thing. When it comes to price, its almost not an issue due to the fact that its almost the same price when your starting from scratch. Why not get an extra 50-100 plus cubes then???? As goes for the motor mounts who cares, your going to want new motor mounts any way, and a 3-5 inch cowl hood, right?? You might need to change your your brackets, depending on your hood and year, but thats all a different story. I have the same alt. bracket on my car with no problems! (92 mustang).
