Hello, sounds like you have a cool combo. I believe you should be at least a 12.0 car maybe as fast as a mid 11 sec. at sea level but, weather, traction, driving habits etc, play a huge role. Not to say that you not a good driver, but just keep practicing your driving, all of us could do better with practice, even John Force. But what do I know? As goes for your gearing, I would put in 4.10 gears, and hope for at least a 1.6 to a low 1.7 60-foot. Before I forget I would replace those valve springs to support like.600 lift. Just because you don't see coil bind doesn't mean there are the right springs. Need to check your seat pressure and open pressure to make sure they are good enough for that cam. You could be floating the valves on the top end and not really know it! I would check the springs before you hurt something that really costs a lot more then just replacing valve springs.
Good luck
