It looks like its coming from the timing chain cover. There is a gasket between the cover and the block(timing cover gasket).
I would try removing the timing cover and putting in a new gasket and blue rtv sealant. If you have never changed the water pump, now would be a good time for a new one since it will be off anyways. Also, check that water pump bolt and make shure it is not loose.
