Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I didn't have time today to check it out.
However, last night the throttle was stuck when I shut the car off. I started it up today and it was idling normal, so I assume this means that it is not mechanical and that the butterfly valve is closing all the way. I will try to check the IAC sometime this week.
