That is weird 'FTL3' is the PCM box code, usually any 4 digit box code is for a 94+ Ford. Yours is probably a 'DA1' being a SD car.

The chip would have to be for your PCM family, same MAF size & cal., same injector size, same idle points, etc....

However a MAF chip on a SD will not work.
