![]() There is alot more involved than you would think. 9 hours may be on the high side. They are probably trying to be on the safe side. If they have not done many of these it could well take them that long. Mine took 5 - 6 hours with help from a master ford mech. We BS'ed a little and I did all the labor work so figure that into the equation. We did a few things we may have not needed to do but I wanted to do a more than thourough job. You may want to shop around just to be sure.
P.S. - It is mucho important that the timing chains and gears are all done perfect!! That is where the mistakes can happen.
