The only way you'll see 400hp with that setup is if you run a ton of boost, I'd say atleast 16psi, which in turn is not safe with the stock cast pistons in your 94's engine. You mentioned that you don't have the budget to upgrade the rest of the components as well, but one thing is for sure: when you add a power adder to ANY engine, you HAVE to budget for broken parts, because they will break.

Going fast isn't as easy as grabbing any old mustang magazing and ordering the parts that they say make amazing numbers.
You are going to need to address the rest of the driveline, with the stock tranny being the weak link, as well as addressing the fuel system to support this newfound power.

I'm not trying to lecture, but if it were me in the same situation with a limited budget, then there is no way I would put a blower on the car. I would take that supercharger money and build up the critical components of the car, and put together a nice running naturally aspirated combination first, and then the supercharger added later will be that much more rewarding.

Sorry if it seems like I'm lecturing, I'm just trying to give some sound advice.
