Just wondering if you are getting all of the avail. amperage to the starter. Yes it is possible for the starter to be bad. There should be a starter solenoid on the fender near the battery somewhere. If you are feeling risky jump a screwdriver between the two large cables to bypass that. If that doesnt work then point to the starter. If its not too bad to remove just take it out and take it to a parts store and they should be able to test it for free. -25? Is that with the wind chill? I hope so because it was -5 here last night and that was cold. Hope this helps.
