Talking come on...

surely someone other than me has seen this???? i mean the shifter is an inch higher than the hump, and an inch and a half to the left of the hole... i'm driving around with a towel stuffed into a hole where a shifter should be, and a peeled back chunk of steel by my gas pedal!!! HELP!!!
