In addition to what Nicks5.0 said, after you set it you may want to disconnct the battery to let the computer reset itself. If you still have the sticking idle after TPS adjustment you might try cleaning the Idle Air Bypass(clinder thing on front of the TB) and cleaning the 10 pin connectors on the back of the intake, I had the same problem myself and cleaning off those connectors with electrical cleaner fixed it.
