![]() I have 255/50s w/trunk mounted battery. This combo caused the right rear to rub whenever I went over a decent sized bump, especially when someone was riding in the back seat. I had Eibach Pro Line springs and Koni reds. When I did the tire swap from 245/45/16s to 255/50/16s (great launhc traction increase), I switched to stock springs from a 2001 GT. I rolled the right rear wheel well lip a bit and the problem is pretty much solved. I am thinking of going with Maximum's adjustable perch arms, which will make things even better in terms of clearance. This might be a good alternative for you.
