Tarzan, the problem is who decides who gets "disposed of". It might be Republicans, Democrats, Jews, blacks, hispanics or accused pedophiles or who knows who else?

I think that's why we have a constitution that prevents "disposal" of individuals without a fair trial. For example, I wouldn't want the KKK to decide the "disposal" of a black person. (lynching was common place not so long ago).

I think you get my drift. Lets have a trial and then mete out firm and honest punishment befitting the crime. But only after a fair trial and a guilty verdict.
