If he has a turbo there is no way you would have pulled on him.
And this is not a flame toward you. I seriously doubt that anyone would install a turbo kit on a car and only run 5 psi. that wouldnt make any sense at all. I have never seen a turbo stang 4.6 or 5.0 not make over 400 RWHP.
