While you are doing the pump, you may as well stick a 155 or 190 lph pump in there. That way you can support future mods that you might decide to do.

Even if you just install the 110, it would not be a waste on a mostly stock car. The stock fuel pump was one of the marginal parts that cam on Mustangs, so the upgrade won't hurt.

And, as far as your FPR question. You would not need to buy an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. You already have the stock FPR, which is not adjustable. It would be nice to eventually have an adjustable FPR in order to optimize your fuel settings for whatever combo you might run, but it is not required when buying a bigger fuel pump.
