yes but you still would like to have at least 20 pounds at idle though.
It sounds like you have alot of clearance, so you can run monster boost or spray.
Did you try to put thicker oil in?
You can also put in a high volume/ high pressure pump?
Or it could be that your pump is going bad. Does the pressure build when the engine revs?
If all else fails, when you check the pump check the clearances again.
