Default War veteren?

I always look like I've been through a war after any serious wrenching. Just today I removed the trans (C4) from my car as it needs it's regular 20-25,000 mile rebuild. I'll have to wear long sleeve shirts for awhile until all the cuts and scrapes heal.

Hope you didn't damage any teeth. Soft tissue will usually heal OK on it's own (maybe some stitches now and then). Teeth and bone usually require more help.

Good luck with the work on the car and watch out for those aggressive tools. I always wonder about my own sanity trusting some Chinese jack stands with a 3000 lb car poised 2' above me while lying on my back under it in the driveway.
