Need more 2 ga. I ran my postive in the car, comes into the engine bay through the steering gromment. I have mine grounded in the rear (I think it is the rear bumper cover bolt) and in the front at the factory location. I was having charging problems, that is why I have two locations. If you run them both in the car next to each other, this will prolly cause radio interference (Someone check me on this. )The ground is run on the outside, along the fuel lines, just drilled a small hole with a gromment. Nope, no messing with the alt wiring, unless you want to do a 130 amp upgrade Like I said, If you run your new wires back to where they were when the battery was up front, you can not go wrong.
